Clear from day one
The Starter and Plus plans use photos, videos and business information supplied by the client. Simple reels are edited from existing or client-provided material.
On-site filming, full branding, logo design, inbox management, extra content and advertising spend are quoted separately.
Advertising spend is always paid directly by the client to Meta or Google. It is separate from Social Craft's management fee.
A $450 CAD setup may apply when an account needs an audit, profile optimization, content pillars and planning-tool configuration.
Custom plans are available when your goals, platforms or production needs do not fit one of these packages.

Payment is completed before work begins. We collect access, brand information and existing content, then align the tools we’ll use.
Your monthly strategy and content are prepared around your business, audience and approved content pillars.
You review the content in one organized place. Once approved, it is scheduled and published, then improved using monthly insights.
